The Role

We are looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to architect and scale the next generation of crypto-social finance. This isn't a "business as usual" role; we operate at the edge of what’s possible in Web3, and we need someone who thrives when the pressure is on.

What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Ownership: Leading features from initial concept through to production deployment with a high degree of autonomy.
• Full-Stack Architecture: Working across the entire stack—from heavy-lift backend infrastructure to polished frontend interfaces—ensuring a seamless, scalable user experience.
• Rapid Iteration: Prototyping and shipping new features at breakneck speed without compromising system integrity.
• Complex Problem Solving: Navigating technical challenges unique to high-scale crypto platforms where efficiency is the top priority.
• Collaborative Innovation: Working alongside a world-class team of engineers and designers to redefine the boundaries of social finance.

• Technical Mastery: Deep experience in web application development, specifically with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
