Proclinical is seeking an Associate Manager for Research Program Management to join a dynamic team in the US. In this role, you will provide operational guidance and drive key deliverables for cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in project processes, database systems, and antibody drug development.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in planning and coordinating the operational aspects of projects to ensure their smooth progression through the project lifecycle.

• Strong organizational and action-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact tactfully with team members.
• Ability to develop effective communication and working relationships with leaders and team members.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization, supporting information curation and project management activities.
• General scientific background with the ability to organize and curate information effectively.
• A degree in a related field (BS or MS) and relevant experience in project, process, or system management.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.

The Associate Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Act as a liaison between functional areas to facilitate project planning and alignment.
• Develop, maintain, and execute proposed research studies while ensuring cross-functional coordination.
• Provide team support, including meeting logistics and the creation of templates, tracking, and monitoring tools.
• Support cross-functional teams and lead program deliverables within a matrix organization.
• Identify and analyze key data to drive decisions and next steps in the discovery and drug development process.
• Follow established processes and demonstrate sound judgment to make quality and timely decisions.
• Identify and resolve critical gaps, risks, or issues related to assigned programs, projects, and tasks.

Compensation:

• $55.00 - $65.00 Per Hour
