Events Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Prospect, negotiate, and close event sales, managing pipelines to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing inquiries from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
- Logistics Management: Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), menus, floor plans, and coordinate with kitchen/service staff.
- Financial Administration: Handle contracts, deposits, final billing, and tracking, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Operational Execution: Conduct site tours and provide on-site, day-of support for large, high-volume, or complex events.
Common Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years in high-volume, or special event management.
- Skills: Proficiency in industry software (e.g., TripleSeat, Salesforce), strong negotiating skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Traits: Energetic, organized, and a strong communicator.
