Role Purpose
Responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructure equipment. Participation in troubleshooting, process improvement, new equipment installation and documentation of electrical infrastructure and process equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot infrastructure equipment, systems and processes when required to ensure uninterrupted customer supply.
- Supports electrical capital equipment projects including specification, design input, testing, installation, and commissioning.
- Works with Quality and Engineering to document repairs/changes made to equipment and/or electrical infrastructure.
- Assume leadership of the electrical preventive maintenance requirements.
- Work closely with union trades, subcontractors and across all levels and organizations.
Experiences/Education - Required
- Associate degree in electrical/electronic, instrumentation or process controls with 5+ years experience.
- Proficient in the use of electrical test meters, PC’s and/or schematics to troubleshoot electrical equipment/infrastructure.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
Experiences/Education - Desired
- Building Management system operation experience
- Experience with medium voltage, low voltage, PLC’s, controls and communication protocols.
- Experience with UPS and Generator backed systems.

The range for this position is $71,370.00 - $98,135.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
