Production Team Lead

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate Production Machinery
• Troubleshoot production issues
• Perform quality checks of material being produced
• Assist in the training of operators
• Prioritize and direct production workflow
• Create production reports
• Elevated communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Additional duties assigned by supervisor
• bilingual English / Spanish preferred
• Must be available for weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
