Base Pay is $42,000 with the average sales rep earning up to $85,000+ a year with commission.

• Develop and present customized insurance proposals and quotes.
• Nurture client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
• Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive agency success.

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
• Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entry level college graduate
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
