Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Technician – Food Manufacturing Location: Farmingdale, NY

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 / hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Available Shifts We are a 24-hour operation running three distinct shifts to fit your schedule. Please note your shift preference when applying.

• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician with a background in the food industry to join our team in Farmingdale. In this role, you will ensure that all products meet our strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished food products.

• Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and food safety guidelines.

• Conduct temperature, weight, pH, and packaging integrity checks.

• Document and maintain accurate logs of all quality inspections and testing results.

• Identify and report any product deviations or safety hazards to management immediately.

• Assist with pre-operational inspections and sanitation verification.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of Quality Control experience specifically within the food/beverage industry is required.

• Knowledge: understanding of Food Safety, GMPs, and HACCP principles.

• Skills: High attention to detail, communication skills, and basic computer proficiency for data entry.

• Physical: Ability to stand, walk the production floor, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

• Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are a must, especially for early morning/overnight shifts.
