Join our dynamic team as a Branded Sales Assistant at our wholesale fine jewelry company. We represent multiple top-tier brands, including Enchanted Disney Fine Jewelry, Star Wars, and Hallmark Moments. We're currently seeking a Junior Account Executive to provide invaluable support to our VP of Sales. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth within our small team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to the VP of Sales
• Ensure timely addressing of all customer requests
• Manage sample inventory and shipments
• Coordinate photography and product image logistics
• Assist with pricing strategies and customer proposals
• Prepare for meetings and facilitate post-meeting follow-ups
• Maintain product development timelines to ensure project milestones are met
• Aid in branded packaging projects and fulfillment orders
• Manage sales reports and presentations
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
