Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year A bit about us: A well-established NY defense litigation firm is actively hiring attorneys across construction & labor law, general liability, and medical malpractice. This is a hybrid opportunity with flexibility that increases with experience, reasonable billable expectations, and compensation that scales with productivity. Practice Areas:
- NY Labor Law (240/241/200)
- Construction & construction defect
- General liability
- Medical malpractice
- 25 days PTO for all attorneys
- Medical benefits heavily subsidized by the firm
- Two plans available at no cost for individual employees
- 401(k) available (match for eligible employees)
- No fixed timeline or “years-out” requirement
- Advancement based on performance, consistency, and ability to manage cases independently
- Trial experience is a plus, not required
