Peckham Inc., a leading nonprofit vocational rehabilitation organization, is excited to offer a unique opportunity through our Graduate Leadership Development Program within the Construction department. This program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders who have a passion for driving change and embodying our mission of supporting individuals with disabilities. Our program provides rigorous training, hands-on project experience, and leadership opportunities in the construction sector to prepare participants for management roles. Candidates will gain cross-functional experience and work closely with mentors to develop strategic and operational insights into the nonprofit construction industry.
