Miller and Son Landscaping LLC is looking for a reliable and experienced Crew Leader to run a lawn maintenance crew. This position requires someone who can take charge on job sites, work efficiently, and ensure quality work is completed on every property. Responsibilities : Lead and manage a mowing crew on a daily basis
Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, weed whackers, and leaf blowers
Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and clean-up of walkways, driveways, and parking areas
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Provide clear direction and maintain productivity within the crew
Must be able to recieve direction
Requirements : Valid, clean driver’s license
Prior landscaping or lawn care experience required
Experience leading a crew or ability to confidently give direction
Ability to pull and maneuver a trailer Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone dependable who can take ownership of their crew, keep jobs moving, and maintain quality work. Leadership, efficiency, and accountability are key for this role.
