Manager - Acquisitions
Our client is a commercial real estate firm with a portfolio of ~7M sq ft. They are looking for an Acquisitions Manager to serve as an individual contributor responsible for the underwriting and execution of commercial property acquisitions nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end transaction process, including drafting LOIs, negotiating purchase prices, and coordinating with legal and escrow teams to ensure timely closings.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate property performance, cash flow projections, and ROI.
- Direct the due diligence process, coordinating third-party reports (environmental, property condition, title) and verifying lease integrity.
- Build and nurture a robust network of industry contacts, acting as the face of the company in negotiations and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate acquisitions (open to investment sales, brokerage, and asset management)
- Proven track record in the ability to turn leads into closed deals.
- Excel experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
