Our client builds risk management and compliance technology for wealth management firms. They serve a broad SME market of ~15,000 independent firms and drive growth through disciplined, data-driven outbound. Their model combines high-volume execution with rigorous qualification to generate a qualified pipeline for Account Executives.

Need to have qualifications:

• 1+ year of outbound sales or SDR experience in a high-volume environment (75+ touches per day)
• Proven ability to execute 1,500+ monthly activities across calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Strong prospect qualification skills (ICP fit, decision-maker access, clear pain points)
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work U.S. hours in a remote, async environment
• High resilience with consistent performance despite rejection

Nice to have:

• Experience selling into financial services or wealth management firms
• Familiarity with RIAs, broker-dealers, or multi-family offices
• Experience using tools like Ample Market or similar prospecting platforms
• Track record of 50%+ SAL conversion from held meetings
• Exposure to outbound sequence optimization and messaging testing

Responsibilities:

• Execute 1,500+ outbound activities per month across cold and recycled leads using calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify and prioritize net-new prospects aligned with the ideal customer profile
• Qualify prospects before booking by validating firm type, AUM, decision-maker access, and pain points
• Book 15+ qualified meetings per month and ensure 80%+ show rate through confirmations and follow-ups
• Re-engage dormant pipeline leads with tailored outreach sequences to revive opportunities
• Log all prospecting activity in HubSpot in real time with accurate notes and pipeline updates
• Prepare detailed handoff notes for Account Executives to ensure productive meetings
• Monitor SAL conversion rates and refine the qualification approach to maintain 50%+ conversion
• Share frontline feedback on messaging, objections, and sequence performance to improve playbooks
• Collaborate with the outbound manager on reporting, call reviews, and continuous process optimization
