Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time (Onsite)
Location: Bellerose, NY
Job Type: Part-Time | Onsite | 15–20 Hours/Week
Schedule: Flexible within 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Hourly Commitment: Up to 750 hours annually
Interviews: In-person interviews on Friday, June 20th
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Summary
Our direct client, a respected healthcare facility located on the Bellerose Queens Campus, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide ongoing part-time services for children and adolescents. This is a rewarding onsite opportunity to be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents
- Provide direct speech therapy services
- Collaborate and consult with staff across departments
- Document evaluations and treatments in compliance with Uniform Case Record and NYCCC policies
- Attend and complete HIPAA/HITECH and other mandatory training as required by OMH/Facility
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to the overall care planning process
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements
- Valid New York State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Must be able to commit to 15–20 hours per week onsite
