Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Supervisory Role

Help Esteem Counseling Services, PLLC (HECS) is a growing, trauma-informed mental health practice committed to high-quality, ethical, and people-centered care. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Supervisor to support our clinicians through strong clinical oversight, documentation review, and professional development.

Position Overview

The Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based practice across the agency. This is a part-time, remote position with flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual clinical supervision
• Review and approve clinical progress notes for quality, clarity, and compliance
• Review treatment plans to ensure alignment with presenting problems, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
• Support clinicians with ethical decision-making, documentation standards, and clinical best practices
• Promote the use of evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
• Ensure documentation and clinical practices align with CMS regulations and commercial health insurance requirements
• Assist with identifying service gaps, specialty strengths, and clinical programming opportunities that support referral growth
• Participate in consultation, outreach, or internal strategy discussions related to agency growth and sustainability

Qualifications

• Active clinical social work license (LCSW)
• Meets state requirements to provide clinical supervision
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Prior supervision experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Treatment planning
• Clinical documentation
• Evidence-based practices
• Ethical and regulatory standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a telehealth/remote environment

Compensation & Schedule

• $50 per hour
• Minimum of 5 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• No client caseload
• Remote position
