Relationship Sales Executive – Broadridge Customer Communications

Broadridge is hiring. We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Sales professional to join BRCC and play a critical role in expanding and retaining our client base. This role is ideal for a consultative, relationship-focused sales leader who thrives in complex environments, builds trusted executive partnerships, and collaborates across teams to drive long-term growth.

This position focuses primarily on Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, and Insurance clients—organizations that rely on Broadridge to power mission-critical customer communications. You will be responsible for deepening client relationships, protecting existing revenue, and uncovering new opportunities across the Broadridge portfolio.

We operate in high-performing, collaborative teams that come together in person when it matters. This role is hybrid, aligned to a Broadridge office, with flexibility for remote work.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships across Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, and Insurance clients.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, driving long-term retention and client satisfaction.
  • Own renewals, pricing, and commercial negotiations to protect and grow recurring revenue.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities across Broadridge’s full portfolio.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and close business.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account plans in CRM.
  • Travel to clients and industry events to deepen relationships and advance opportunities.
  • Champion a collaborative, relationship-first sales culture.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of B2B relationship sales or account management experience.
  • Proven success growing and retaining complex, enterprise accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills and executive presence.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic accounts.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and modern collaboration platforms.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $140,000.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
