TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Wholesale Manager North America to join our team in New York full-time. In this role, you will oversee selected wholesale accounts across the region and drive growth by achieving sales targets. You will report to the SVP of North America and collaborate closely with the Global Wholesale Team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and grow selected wholesale accounts in North America, aligning with global market and company objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through strategic initiatives that strengthen wholesale partnerships.
- Lead market appointments during sales campaigns in New York and Paris, guiding clients and prospects through collections and sharing insights on market trends.
- Optimize client relationships by identifying in-season sales opportunities and ensuring distribution aligns with buying, pricing, and retail strategies across channels.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned wholesale accounts by developing and executing effective, sustainable sales strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of TOTEME’s products and brand identity.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including order placement and processing, confirmations, logistics coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Conduct seasonal store visits to deliver product training, enhance brand awareness, and ensure collections are presented in line with company standards.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in wholesale, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting; experience with Zedonk and NuOrder is a plus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's New York office with a start date of January 2026.
The yearly salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills, and previous experience.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
