Psychotherapist
The Psychotherapist provides therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families to address a range of mental health and behavioral health concerns. The therapist will conduct thorough assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote emotional and psychological well-being. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients. The Psychotherapist is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages healing, growth, and resilience.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Psychotherapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent in New York State.
- Experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
