Claims Executive

Are you an experienced claims professional with strong litigation and negotiation skills? We're looking for a Claims Executive to manage complex claims, provide guidance on risk management, and build strong relationships with insured clients. This role offers a hybrid work schedule based out of South Sioux City, NE, Arlington, TX, Boise, ID, Bloomington, IN, or Knoxville, TN, with the potential for fully remote work depending on qualifications.

What You'll Do:
Partner with insured clients and third-party administrators to guide the claims process and settlements.
Conduct claim reviews and assess insured clients' claims supervision capabilities.
Establish case evaluations for Letters of Credit (LOC) and ensure adequate reserve levels on excess losses.
Provide litigation support and negotiation expertise for complex claims.
Travel as needed for mediations, customer visits, and seminars.
What You Bring:
Experience managing complex, litigated transportation claims or similar commercial liability claims, preferably in commercial auto insurance.
Strong background in litigation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Experience working with third-party administrators or insured claims departments.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Knowledge of injury evaluation and risk mitigation strategies.
