The Rallye Motor Company , Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has career opportunities for Automotive Sales Representative! Seeking energetic, reliable and motivated individuals with automotive sales experience to join our winning team! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive sales experience to engage with a luxury client base and be a part of an outstanding team with a proven track record of success!
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Thoroughly explaining aspects of buying or leasing to all customers utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information.
- Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events
- Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per internal customer surveys and per external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and/or complaints
- Upgrade knowledge of products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and/or educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies
- Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation.
- Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business.
- Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery.

PAY RANGE: $75,000 - $175,000 (annually)
Requirements
- Current and valid Driver's License.
- At least 2 years of automotive sales experience is required, high-line automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK & Eleads preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
- Professional personal appearance.
