About the Role:
The Employer Brand Specialist is a strategic and creative position responsible for bringing PVH’s employer brand to life globally. This role blends storytelling, experience design, and program management to shape how talent experiences PVH—from the moment they discover the brand to their employment journey. The ideal candidate is a connector, content creator, and collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do:
Support the roll-out and localization of PVH’s employer value proposition (EVP) across North America and global business units. Collaborate with local teams to ensure campaigns resonate culturally and maintain brand integrity.
Develop high-impact, human-centered campaigns across formats (e.g., video, blogs, toolkits). Translate people and employer brand strategy into compelling stories that engage both candidates and current employees.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evolve our global onboarding journey. Co-create branded content, messaging frameworks, and touchpoints that help new hires feel welcomed, informed, and inspired—right from day one.
Manage the development and execution of global programs such as employer brand toolkits, ambassador initiatives, and onboarding enhancements. Ensure programs are scalable, inclusive, and impactful.
Collaborate with the Corporate Comms team to build and maintain a content calendar for global employer brand channels – incl. coordinating and creating. Explore new formats and platforms to increase engagement with candidates and associates.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform creative direction and program design. Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, onboarding satisfaction, and brand engagement metrics.
Work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, DEI, Comms, Creative, and brand teams. Be a unifier who brings people together, connects the dots, and turns ideas into action.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with a passion for creating compelling and culturally relevant content
Demonstrated ability to manage programs or projects and events end-to-end
Creative problem-solver who can simplify complexity and uncover opportunities others might miss
Experience building or enhancing onboarding programs is a strong advantage
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a global mindset
Proficient in content planning, social media, and basic data tools and familiarity with Workday, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and survey platforms is a plus.
Building employer brand campaigns requires alignment cross-functionally (i.e. with HRBPs, Corporate Comms (possibly brand & regional comms), Legal, Creative, to name a few) and grid to deal with all the feedback from all levels while we’re also establishing new workflows as the team doesn’t own any specific channel.
