Job Description

• Provide legal counsel on corporate and finance transactions specific to the life sciences sector.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex agreements and contracts.
• Advise clients on compliance and regulatory matters within the life sciences industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and oversee due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, laws, and regulations affecting the life sciences sector.
• Contribute to the development and training of junior associates within the legal department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York Bar.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and finance transactions, especially within the life sciences industry.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
