The Greenery is growing! With the opening of our second location in Islip, we’re seeking passionate and driven leaders to join our management team. Our mission is simple: serve fresh, healthy, and delicious food while delivering the kind of hospitality that makes people feel at home.

• Islip (New Opening)

Role Overview

We are seeking Restaurant Managers who can help lead daily operations, build strong teams, and ensure each guest experiences The Greenery’s signature warmth and energy. This role will be hands-on, balancing leadership, training, guest relations, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service, quality, and hospitality.

· Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house teams.

· Assist with hiring, onboarding, and building a positive team culture.

· Monitor labor, food cost, and service standards to meet business goals.

· Support new store opening operations in Islip while maintaining excellence in Sayville.

· Work closely with ownership and leadership to align both locations on communication, standards, and systems.

What We’re Looking For

· Leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management.

· Strong communication skills and ability to align multiple teams.

· High-energy, upbeat personality with a passion for food and people.

· Ability to manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.

· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and guest experience.

· Flexibility to split time between Sayville and Islip, especially during launch.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
