About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll manage a team responsible for providing advanced management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This role will focus on infrastructure construction related projects. This is not a remote role and does require availability to work on-site in New York from the client offices a minimum of three days per week.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
What You'll Do:

Manage all facets of infrastructure project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual commercial real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard to sophisticated requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommends resources to clients.

May lead project delivery resources/team (typically a larger more expert level team) providing project mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.

Implement communication plans for meetings, written reports, and meeting minutes to ensure client and project resources are advised in real-time. Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated. Facilitate project meetings.

Supervise the progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Craft action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.

Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to resolve impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.

Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

What you'll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Previous advisory experience as well as technical experience pertaining to building infrastructure and critical systems is required.

Solid track record of working with senior leadership in a strategic capacity and the ability to lead delivery resources or management of large programs is required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while managing multiple projects and/or programs in varying stages. Class "A" Financial or Professional Services Sector experience is helpful.

Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Expert interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

A solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry in the areas of financial analysis, project management, construction, ethical practices, business operations, marketing, and business development.

Ability to work flexible hours including after hours and on weekends.

Ability to report to client's offices in Manhattan a minimum of three days per week.

The minimum salary for this position is $135,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $190,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
