Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (Remote)
- Proactively source and engage candidates for psychology and psychiatry roles
- Leverage sourcing tools and job boards including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
- Partner with recruiters to build strong talent pipelines and support active hiring needs
- Track sourcing activity and engagement to continuously improve outreach strategies
- Own and grow our social media recruiting presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and professional groups
- Actively engage in online groups and forums to build relationships and increase brand visibility
- 2+ years of candidate sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong focus on social media and digital channels
- Handson experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
- Strong written communication skills and a creative approach to candidate engagement
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience is a plus
- Play a critical role in growing our behavioral health workforce
- Collaborate with an engaged, forward thinking Talent Acquisition team
- Combine creativity with data driven sourcing strategies
- Shape and manage our social recruiting brand
