This is an excellent opportunity for a stable position focused on coaching clients.

We are a fast growing Athlete and Adult Performance Training Gym looking to grow this position in to a Salaried + Benefits Role. We specialize in small group personal training for Middle School and High School Age Athletes and Adults 45+. You will have the opportunity to grow with this business and be considered for future roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coach small group personal training sessions
• Support Director of Performance as needed in marketing, sales, and retention
• Record notes about clients from session and pass on to team
• Learn and adhere to all technical coaching standards
• Review client notes and programming before all sessions
• Be responsible for programming for select members and group of athletes and adults

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a personal trainer or in related fields.
• Must hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
• Ability to coach all fitness levels and ages
• Passion for health and fitness
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to maintain high energy and a positive attitude
• Computer literacy - experience with Push Press or Go-High Level is a bonus
• Full Time Position M-F Evening, Weekend Shift, Morning Shift
• Weekend events for marketing, sales, and lead generation
