Engagement Manager (EXL57)

Company: EXLService.com, LLC Location: New York, NY & Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.Position Title: Engagement Manager Job Description: Responsible for creating proposals and pursue new accounts and projects for clients within Analytics/Data Science field. Work with clients to develop and manage accounts with Analytics/Data Science focus. Recruit, train and manage a team of Data Science professionals to effectively deliver projects in managed accounts. Lead, monitor and manage proper delivery of contracted projects for managed clients and oversee the teams. Lead project management for various projects within the accounts under supervision. Provide thought leadership for adopting emerging technologies and methods within the field of Data Science and related fields, with a view of solving business problems for clients. Develop technical solutions, architectures, demoable assets and proofs of concept for Data Science Projects. Train and mentor professionals to enhance capability within areas of Machine Learning, Databases, MLOps, Python and Software Engineering best practices to deliver contracted Data Science projects at leading industry standards. Own and manage P&L of accounts responsible. Develop and execute SOWs for accounts responsible. This position will require approximately 5% travel to client sites for project presentation, on-site visits, and quarterly business review depending on project requirements. Position may require travel to various and unanticipated workplaces throughout the U.S. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Job Requirements: Requires Bachelors degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field plus Seven (7) years of Experience in Analytics and data science experience. Must have minimum seven (7) years of experience in the following : Machine Learning, Python, SQL, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint. 40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $170,000 to $175,000 per year.
