Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (Brooklyn/Bronx).
• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest in applying.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the lead activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns or townhall meetings.
• Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers, such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Experience in sales management and door-to-door sales.
• 1-2+ years of field sales experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Russian.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Field sales experience is required.

Work Environment

The role involves in-field sales up to 5 times a week, with positions supporting Bronx (Bilingual, Spanish) and Brooklyn (Bilingual- Mandarin/Russian/Spanish). Candidates should reside in Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, or Manhattan. The position offers PTO after 6 months of successful performance, uncapped commission potential, and bonuses for achievements. There is also a $50/month phone reimbursement. The opportunity is very likely to extend as part of an exciting new program.

This is a Contract position based out of Queens, NY.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
