Overview The Senior Account Executive drives the day-to-day success of client campaigns — managing details with precision while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. You’re hands-on with the tactical work, a trusted partner in strategic planning, and a go-to source for keeping projects moving seamlessly and clients feeling supported. Responsibilities- Acts as a liaison between the client, agency, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Leads the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring deliverables meet approved objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Maintains consistent, transparent communication with clients to foster trust and ensure clarity across all initiatives.
- Partners with clients to negotiate proposals, scope, and budgets that balance strategic needs with business goals.
- Cultivates strong, mutually beneficial relationships with vendors to enhance efficiency and project excellence.
- Attends all client meetings and ensures timely, detailed follow-up and documentation of next steps and decisions.
- Collaborates closely with Creative teams to champion high-quality work; provides clear, actionable feedback grounded in brand strategy and creative insight.
- Partners with Creative and Project Management teams to translate client goals into strategic solutions and alternative approaches that drive results.
- You bring 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, with a solid understanding of the industry’s pace, precision, and purpose.
- You deliver exceptional client service — anticipating needs, solving problems, and making every interaction feel effortless.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
