Account Coordinator

We’re currently seeking an energetic and ambitious team player who is highly organized and has meticulous attention to detail, to join our growing Account Management team. As an Account Coordinator, you will support Account teams in the day-to-day management and execution of our clients’ direct marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day requests including the planning, scheduling, and production of each campaign from creative development through execution
• Collaborate with key agency departments to manage all aspects of the campaign
• Effectively communicate and coordinate deliverables needed between clients and across agency departments to ensure campaign requirements and deadlines are met
• Create and maintain grids and reference documents used across departments that outline campaign scope, versioning methodologies, and content sources
• Coordinate internal and client meetings as well as prepare and circulate thorough notes for status meetings and campaign-related meetings
• Provide administrative support including manage data entry and the billing process
• Become a category expert and actively contribute to our client’s business
• Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency
• Travel may be expected on occasion to attend client meetings

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
• Relatable experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail with exceptional follow-up and time-management skills
• Proactive, self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

For New York, the expected hourly range for this position is between $20/hr and $25/hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
