**Job Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Focus on sautéing and pasta preparation, ensuring high quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow during service.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal changes.
**Qualifications:**
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong sauté and pasta cooking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for food.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Compensation:**
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience, typically ranging from $19 to $22 per hour.
