Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active New York State SLP license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required by the facility.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required by the client.
• Current experience evaluating and treating dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
