Positions Available
1. Esthetician / Scalp Therapist / Massage Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional skincare, scalp, and/or massage treatments to clients
- Deliver personalized, high-quality service aligned with Lumora’s holistic philosophy
- Maintain cleanliness and a soothing atmosphere in treatment areas
- Recommend appropriate services or home-care routines
Requirements:
- Valid NYS license (esthetician or massage therapist)
- Passion for holistic wellness and client care
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Experience in premium spa environments preferred

2. Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a calm and elegant front-of-house presence
Requirements:
- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (English; Mandarin a plus)
- Experience in hospitality, spa, or beauty industry preferred
