Internship, Program Manager, Service (Summer 2025)
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start around May 2026 and continue through the Summer term (ending approximately August 2026) or continuing into Fall 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year. Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Intern within Service Program Management to join our North America Service Operations Team. You will be working with our Service Operations Leader in developing and implementing strategies to maximize scalability and improve operational efficiency in our automotive service division. You will assist across several service and parts teams, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process enhancements to ensure the delivery of top-notch service to our customers while achieving financial objectives. Other NY locations that are an option: Latham, Albany, Syracuse, Rochester What You'll Do Assist with developing and launch new products and processes that drive customer experience and improve brand loyaltyAssist in gathering and evaluating data to streamline existing service processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costsWork closely with Service Operations leader, Service Management, Service and Parts teams to align strategies and goalsAid with processes to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices to identify new product opportunitiesAssist in conducting data analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement and provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management What You'll Bring Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detailProven ability to handle multiple projects with competing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when neededStrong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions globally, as well as external vendorsAbility to travel up to 25% of the time Benefits
