Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator
Location: Onsite 5 days a week at our NYC HQ
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- GL coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records.
- Analyzes expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
- Verifies payments for approval.
- Reconciles accounts payable and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).
- Three way matching.
- Track receipt of goods.
- Ensures W9’s are collected from all vendors for the payables clerk to prepare and submit 1099s.
- Ensures proper maintenance, organization, filing, and storage of all related AP records.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration of 3 to 4 years of accounting experience.
- A2000 and Quickbooks preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $65k-$75k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a
variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
