Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Onsite 5 days a week at our NYC HQ

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• GL coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records.


• Analyzes expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.


• Verifies payments for approval.


• Reconciles accounts payable and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).


• Three way matching.


• Track receipt of goods.


• Ensures W9’s are collected from all vendors for the payables clerk to prepare and submit 1099s.


• Ensures proper maintenance, organization, filing, and storage of all related AP records.


• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration of 3 to 4 years of accounting experience.


• A2000 and Quickbooks preferred, but not required.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


• Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $65k-$75k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a

variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
