Role Overview:
Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building relationships? BH Capital Funding is seeking a dynamic Merchant Solutions Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This commission-based role is perfect for a go-getter with a strong background in finance, exceptional sales skills, and a proven ability to finalize deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Strategically identify and generate high-quality leads for alternative financing solutions, including lines of credit, equipment financing, and business insurance.
• Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the sales process from initial contact to deal finalization, driving revenue growth through high conversion rates.
• Client Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting client relationships by offering customized financial solutions and superior customer service.
• Deal Structuring: Analyze client needs to design financing solutions that align with their goals.
• Negotiation Excellence: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain meticulous records and ensure all transactions adhere to company and industry standards.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver regular updates on sales activities and achievements to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven Sales Expertise: Strong track record of success in financial services or alternative financing sales, with hands-on experience closing business loans and related solutions.
• Financial Acumen: Sharp understanding of financial products and the ability to evaluate financial statements.
• Persuasive Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to confidently present and sell solutions.
• Master Negotiator: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals efficiently.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficient in market analysis to identify and seize new opportunities.
• Tech-Savvy: Skilled in CRM tools and sales software.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a commission-only role with exceptional earning potential. Highlights include:

• Unsecured Lending Products (MCAs, LOC, Term, ect.) 25-35% commission on the first three draws.
• Business Insurance: 10–20% commission based on premium size and deal structure.
• Originations Re-Opened Within 90 Days: Additional 5% commission for re-originated opportunities closed within 90 days.
• Overrides for Closers: Closers receive overrides on deals finalized by team members under their guidance.

• Employee Referral Incentives: Bonuses for referring successful hires.
• Tenure Incentives: Rewards for referred employees who stay with the company.

Unique Hybrid Role:
Enjoy flexibility with a commission-based role that allows you to focus on full-cycle sales and finalizing deals. Payments are made via ACH within 30 days of the company receiving funds from your closed deals. As BH Capital grows, opportunities to transition into a Draw + commission structure will become available.
