Administrative Coordinator - Entry Level
Join Our Team as an Administrative Coordinator!
Are you ready to be the heartbeat of a fast-paced, growing automotive operation? We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and partners-whether it's assisting tow drivers, guiding auto auction clients, helping with insurance inquiries, or supporting individuals looking to salvage their vehicles. You'll also play a key role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring our systems are up to date.
What You'll Do

Be the friendly face and voice of our Monticello branch-providing top-notch service at the front desk and over the phone.

Assist tow drivers, auto auction customers, and individuals with insurance-related questions.

Accurately enter vehicle information into our system.

Keep everything organized with efficient filing and data entry.

Support the Branch Manager and team with essential administrative tasks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Monticello, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
