Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide advice on the appropriate solution.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Offer guidance to end-users on the proper use of technology.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar role.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of experience in providing technical support.
- Experience with PR or IR technologies is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant IT fields.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
