PAY : $22–$24 per hour

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN ACCOUNTING CLERK

In this role, you'll process payroll, manage accounts receivable, and perform reconciliations-all while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Your day will involve balancing numbers, solving problems, and supporting a team that relies on your expertise to keep operations running seamlessly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll and accounts receivable

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Excellent computer and communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel is preferred.

SCHEDULE : The position is full-time with flexible hours available from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. We are willing to discuss other work hours.
