HRIS Analyst

On behalf of our client we are looking for an HRIS Analyst for a contract assignment to provide functional support for key HR systems. These systems include time and attendance (eTIME), paid time off and the HR module of the organization’s ERP. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity, analyzing workflows, supporting system upgrades, and delivering actionable insights through reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and supporting HR systems including time and attendance, PTO, and Banner HR modules
  • Auditing and maintaining time and PTO records across employee groups
  • Developing dashboards and reports for HR and other stakeholders using Power BI, Tableau, and Access
  • Analyzing data for trends in recruitment, engagement, turnover, and compliance
  • Performing data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of HRIS experience, ideally with payroll, compensation, or related HR functions
  • Strong skills in SQL queries, Excel (pivot tables, nested formulas, v-lookups, conditional formatting), and data analysis
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Access
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
