Medical office seeking a receptionist/front desk position bilingual Spanish
- Knowledge of:
- · Checking patient eligibility and benefits
- · Obtaining Prior Authorizations
- · Answering incoming calls, obtaining medical charts when necessary
- · Scanning and faxing
- · Communicating effectively with patients
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical field
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Will train
- Compassionate caring and patient individual
- Fluent Spanish
