We’re excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Flatiron! As we open our doors, we’re looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our Front of House team.

Position Overview:

As a host/hostess , you will play a crucial role in starting our guests amazing dining experience off on the right foot. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a vital role in setting the tone for the overall dining experience. Responsible for providing a warm, welcoming, and organized entry point, the Host ensures a smooth and efficient flow of guests throughout the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile.
• Manage waitlist and reservations efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls from guests and assist with general inquiries, reservations, takeout orders as needed.
• Assist with guest requests or accommodations such as seating preferences, high chairs, or any additional special requests.
• Support takeout/pick up orders as needed.
• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of host stand, entrances, menus, and guest areas throughout shift.
• Utilize technology such as resy and opentable to seat guests and collect information.

• Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 2 years in a host/hostess role.
• Experience working with seating softwares such as opentable/resy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
