As an Accounts Payable Clerk , you’ll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly — processing financial transactions, supporting the flow of day-to-day operations, and contributing to our reputation for excellence and reliability. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
• Process check requests and expense reports regularly
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Maintain vendor accounts and accurate accounting/financial records
• Ensure credits are received for outstanding credit memos
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
• Audit and process credit card bills
• Engage effectively with Parts, Service, and Warranty team members
• Protects the company’s value by keeping information confidential

Requirements

Education, Experience, and Work Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred; or High School Diploma/GED and equivalent experience
• Previous accounts payable experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player – able to work well within the accounting team and across all departments
• Good verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to handle multi-tasking
• Good organizational skills
• Data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional industry-specific tools/software

Salary Description

$20-22/hour
