Lead Office Services Associate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have good working knowledge of Mail, Shipping and Receiving, Inbound tracking systems.
• Receive all incoming couriers, USPS and messenger items.
• Process outbound shipmentsl via Mail System
• Process Messenger request.
• Inbound accountable shipments will be automated through the use of TMG's proprietary Inbound tracking system
• Sort and distribute mail & packages
• Deliver copy papers to copiers as needed.
• Deliver inbound mail and packages to maildrops in a centrally located area
• Deliveries to the Executive offices – Floor will be a direct delivery (not to a mailbox)
• Maintain office supplies Inventory
• Keep multi-function printers functioning and supplied with paper and supplies
• Assist with missileneous requests.
• Proper follow through to completion both verbally and in writing to with client on issues.
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of problem sloving skills.
• Must be proficient in typing and data entry skills.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• Must have proficient typing skills.
