Director, Paid Search, Contractor (Part-time)

We are looking for a freelance, hands-on, Director, Paid Search (PPC) contractor to work directly with the senior leadership on managing campaign initiatives and strategic search relationships.
This is an hourly, part-time, contract position.
This is the Job:
- Work with clients to uncover business needs, identifies areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue. Maintaining daily interaction with clients.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for key clients. Present results, insights, and growth recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
- Identify performance targets, project milestones and resource needs.
- Oversee tracking and reporting on all paid search efforts and campaigns.
- Monitor the overall performance of paid and organic search efforts and report key indicators to senior executives.
- Efficiently manage costs associated with all marketing efforts.
- Champion a culture of experimentation through robust testing plans, first-party data usage, audience targeting, and platform betas.
- Provide guidance to a team of search managers and specialists; provide feedback and promote best-in-class execution.
This is you:
- 6+ years of search optimization and marketing experience in an agency environment.
- Experience working with a wide range of clients including enterprise level clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal team leadership.
- Superior analytical skills, ability to understand and assess multiple business models and marketing impact.
- Expertise in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to translate marketing ideas and plans into compelling written and oral presentations.
- Solid understanding of on-line environment and trends.
