?? What You'll Do

As our go-to paralegal, you'll be the backbone of our personal injury practice:

• ?? Investigate & Gather Evidence: Collect medical records, accident reports, and witness statements to build strong cases.

• ?? Draft Legal Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and court filings with precision and professionalism.

• ?? Manage Case Files: Keep everything organized, accessible, and up-to-date.

• ?? Coordinate with Medical Providers: Ensure clients receive proper care and maintain clear communication with healthcare professionals.

• ?? Client Liaison: Be the friendly, informative point of contact for clients throughout their legal journey.

• ?? Trial Prep Support: Help attorneys gear up for hearings, mediations, and depositions.

• ?? Calculate Damages: Assess medical costs, lost wages, and pain & suffering to support claims.

?? What You Bring

• ? 3+ years of paralegal experience

• ?? Associate's Degree (minimum)

• ?? Proficiency in drafting motions and e-filing

• ?? Strong legal administrative and document prep skills

• ?? Experience handling legal contracts

• ? Bonus: Prior experience in personal injury law is a major plus!

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Nanuet, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
