We are currently seeking a QA Label Control Inspector for our Melville location.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Inspect and review incoming labels.
• Perform √N+1 or AQL inspections on incoming printed material shipments from suppliers.
• Create and maintain Master Label files.
• Process printed material requests received from multiple departments i.e., Pick Tickets, Out Bound Delivery (OBD) notes.
• Maintain accurate printed material inventory in SAP and Inventory Logbooks.
• Provide support in the destruction of obsolete printed material.
• Perform inventory adjustments when excess printed material is received back from the Production Department, as well as label rewinds.

Physical Requirements: Standing and walking short distances for most of the day.

Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Qualifications : 1-2 years' experience in a cGMP environment or other label control experience. High school diploma required. Read and write English. Must possess good computer skills
