Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities within the Critical Materials domain.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, customers, and required external partners to design and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively developing relationships with new customers and industry partners.
- Engage with US Government agencies, including Department of Defense and Department of Energy, on funded projects leveraging Corning technology.
- Represent Corning by attending key trade shows and events in high-priority segments including Energetic Materials, Rare Earth Elements, and Pharmaceuticals.
- Formulate and execute actionable plans with measurable objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Contribute to the development of global pricing and marketing strategies.
- Analyze and monitor competitive trends and market dynamics.

Experiences/Education - Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical industry in customer-facing roles such as sales, business development, product line management, or sales engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline (STEM).
- Willingness to travel about 30% of the time.
- US citizenship required
Experiences/Education - Desired
- MBA preferred.
- Previous experience in product line management or innovation.
- Strong understanding of target industries including Energetic Materials, Rare Earth Elements, and Pharmaceuticals.

The range for this position is $126,366.00 - $173,753.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
