Job DescriptionOur client, a well-known international and fast growing database company, is currently looking for a freelance Program Manager with a focus on Reddit. The role is part of a broader effort to boost visibility in large language model (LLM) responses and improve how technical audiences encounter the brand online.This opportunity will be fully remote working part time, 10-20hrs/week through Jan 31st 2026, with potential to extend based on business need and performance.The ideal candidate will bring experience managing communities and conversations in technical spaces, with the ability to identify gaps, correct outdated or inaccurate information, and insert the company's voice in a credible and authentic way. This work will be done in close collaboration with the lead for the Social Media and Influencer program.Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end program strategy and roadmap for community engagement, with Reddit as the foundational platform.- Design and implement scalable systems for monitoring and identifying community conversations. - Refine the program's scope, deliverables, and success metrics, and effectively communicate the vision to stakeholders and leadership.- Lead and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Developer Relations, Marketing, Support, Product) to assign the resources required for successful program implementation.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in Program and Project Management, specifically in the technical and strategic side. - Strong background working with technical audiences; SaaS or technology industry experience required- Familiarity with developer communities and platforms such as Reddit- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with day-to-day engagement- Experience in developer advocacy or relations would be idealIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
