Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced servers to join our dynamic team at Red Horse by David

Burke. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a

delightful dining experience for our guests. The Server’s responsibilities include serving guests in a

warm, accommodating, professional manner ensuring total guest satisfaction. The level of service must

be consistent with restaurant standards as outlined in the service handbook and employee manual. The

server is responsible for a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that

service runs smoothly.

Pay: $10.00/ hr plus tips

Responsibilities:

 Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

 Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage selections.

 Take accurate orders and relay to the kitchen staff.

 Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

 Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring satisfaction.

 Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism.

 Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

 Upsell menu items and promote special offerings.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.

 Excellent knowledge of food and beverage pairings.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

 Team player with a strong work ethic.

 Ability to handle cash transactions and use a point-of-sale system.

 Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
